DESCRIPTION: This is a versatile herb giving a lift to any dish with delicate bush flavours with rosemary and lemon overtones. Use in baking of meats and vegetables.

GROWING CONDITIONS: Grows in a variety of soils and conditions from black clay to deep sands. Salt tolerant. Reaches up to 4m in height and 2m wide. Will tolerate frosts to -8C

FOR BEST RESULTS: Keep trimmed to maintain a good shape. Prefers well drained sites with full sun or part shade.

PLANTING IDEAS: Makes an ideal screen plant, windbreak or hedge.

FAUNA: Kunzea attracts insects and nectar feeding birds.
