Alpine Mint has a distinctive mint flavour but is quite different from regular mint that is used in toothpaste, chewing gum, etc. When you crush the leaves you will recognize a gorgeous mint aroma and the taste is sensational. Chop leaves finely and use with chocolate, sauces or dessert dishes. The leaves can be used fresh or dried.
